IMU Social Media was a great addition to our team planning the first Apex Jazz Festival! Because the event was organized by a handful of business owners in the Apex Downtown Business Association, it meant that we all had to juggle planning a large-scale, first time event while also running our businesses. Since social media is a primary marketing channel for an event such as the Jazz Festival, we knew we needed a focused, well-managed plan.

Jim was on top of everything with regular, relevant updates to Facebook and Twitter. He coordinated ticket giveaways up until the day of the event, and followed up with photo posts the week after.
